We bought two new queen sized beds. One was $1539 and had a very strong cigarette smell and, given that, was definitely a used bed. The other was $899 and bows in the middle when my wife and I roll towards each other and, obviously, used as well. We called McGregors and they said we need to talk to the owner to return them and, surprisingly, the owner will not return my calls. Stay away from this company!
